Born in 1979 Santiago of Chile

I’ve been painting since I was a young child, and after graduating from high school in 2003, my love for arts drove me to move to Barcelona, where I studied art and started to create my own visual language.  After completing my art studies in 2007, I relocated to Berlin, where I developed and explored various artistic mediums.  A trend in painting began with the development of electronic ambient music and is still going strong today. In 2019 I left Berlin and moved to Grisslehamn, Sweden, a small town by the sea, where I continue to paint and develop my art.

Currently I am a semi-abstract painter and Sculptor working mainly with oil, watercolour and ink. Under the name Henkia, I have exhibited in Europe and abroad.
