Flow is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does.to achieve this state is necessary to meet certain conditions:the first is to harmonize our feelings. Then we need to free our minds and finally we need to connect with an idea or intention. When all these features are combined we get the feeling of taking off and when we achieve this moment we enter in a flow.
FLOW
This suite is an attempt to represent all the qualities we need to be able to flow. The bed represents our harmonized feelings. The wall with the rectangles rep-resents the liberation of the mind and the whirlpool near the bed represents the connection with the idea or intention.and the sculpture beside the bed represents the feeling of taking off that we get when we enter in a flow.I hope that visitors who sleep in the suite can harmonize their feelings in the bed and enjoy a nice flow.
